place an order?
About My Order
If you have a query about an online order you have already placed, please email us using the Contact Us tab. Please provide details such as your invoice number/ date of purchase and the specific enquiry - this will help us to provide a speedy response.

Delivery Times
Please note all shipping charges are in NZD via New Zealand Post .
Indicative Delivery Times: Within New Zealand, standard orders take 1-2 working days to deliver to the North Island and 2-5 working days for the South Island. (Please allow 1-2 extra days for Rural Delivery.)

Online Purchases
For orders placed on madonherbs.com, your name, email, shipping/billing address, credit card number and its expiration date are required in order to process and track your order. Payments are processed through Paypal. We may also maintain a record of your product purchases for customer service purposes. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates approximately once per month. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Returns & Refund Policy
Our return policy for purchases made online with us is very simple: if within 30 days you are not happy with your product in any way, we will replace it or refund your purchase.
Please use the Contact Us tab to email us with proof of purchase details (your invoice number), batch number and best before date information from the product packaging, and the reason you are dissatisfied.
We may request you to return unused product before processing a refund or replacement.
(Please note, if you made your purchase from a retail stockist, you will need to return it to that stockist - and their store policies apply in terms of refund or replacement.)
